The room was great-sized and beautifully maintained, with a view of the mountains. The location was marvelous, perfect for a business trip or if you had plans to travel to different events. The staff here was excellent.

Conveniently located near California, restaurants, stores, the Reagan museum, and easy to get to.

The breakfast is poor and could easily be improved by a greater range of pastries on offer.

Did not like your lock out policy for guest keys on checkout day. Makes it difficult to pack up to leave. Staff in the Bistro were very nice and prompt. Wish you had a larger menu. Full dinners and longer hours or optional after hours room service.

Very clean and nice , bed was comfy , sofa bed was convenient for a young kid but not very comfy !

Comfortable beds, attractive interior design

The shower head was in a weird position aimed at the wall and I couldn't move it. It also turned very cold unexpectedly while I was using it.

The room was beautifully maintained and spacious, equipped with a TV, fridge, and tea/coffee making facilities. The friendly staff was a great highlight of the stay. The hotel is located in a lovely building in a convenient spot near the Reagan museum.

We had noise from both the street in front and the freeway on the side. Bad room location even after I requested a quiet room away from the freeway. A/C was very loud also but it covered up road noise.

The property is clean. Well-maintained rooms. Exceptionally comfortable bed. The staff are very attentive and really care about the guests. Excellent dishes can be found in the lobby restaurant. It is undoubtedly a luxurious and beautiful option in Simi Valley.
